We are good at creating high-quality products by making full use of thin sheet metal press processing and welding to form complex shapes. Our on-site environment, which takes advantage of our expert technology and know-how, maximizes product quality and productivity, and allows us to respond flexibly and quickly to customer requests.
By making full use of press processing and welding of thin sheet metal, we are able to form complex shapes and produce high-quality products. We have 13 press machines, including progressive press lines, mechanical presses (45 to 150 tons), and hydraulic presses. We have 16 welding equipment, including custom-made TIG welding equipment. We are also working to improve the accuracy of our products by using optical 3D scanners in our inspection equipment.
Materials
We handle a variety of steel materials such as stainless steel, high alloy, and titanium.
We handle steel products of various steel types and shapes. In particular, stainless steel polished rod products such as round bars and hexagonal bars are delivered through the manufacturer Yamashin Steel. If you let us know your desired steel type, shape, lot number, delivery date, etc., we will respond accordingly.
